1. Accounts & roles

MathQuest accounts are parent, teacher, or school admin. Roles are server-controlled; you cannot self-promote. Children do not require independent accounts.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use MathQuest for learning. No attempts to extract learning data, reverse the billing model, or bypass entitlement enforcement.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed by our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellations preserve access until the paid period ends. See Plans & Pricing.

4. Trials

Trials are limited to one per eligible account. Stripe-backed trial state is authoritative where applicable.

5. Educational content

MathQuest provides adaptive math practice. It is not a substitute for professional educational assessment.

6. Account lifecycle

You may request deactivation from account settings. Learning history is not automatically hard-deleted.

7. Changes to terms

Material changes are recorded with a policy version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
